Returns
must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and only apply to merchandise
sold exclusively by Koi
Bags
Customer Satisfaction Merchandise Guarantee
All of our products have a money back guarantee of authenticity, against
defects and faulty workmanship for 14 days. All merchandise is backed
with a 100% customer satisfaction or money back policy. If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome
to exchange the item, use our Store Credit policy or receive a full
refund on the sale price of the item.
Items should be returned in their original condition i.e., unused, all
tags affixed, dustbag & all original plastic coverings. You
must contact customerservice@ebagtrends.com
to obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning
any products. We should receive the returned item within 14
business days from the date you received the item. Returns received
after the 14 days, will be subject to a 20% restock fee deducted from
the refund amount. You must contact us prior to returning the
item. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent
back to the customer.
Used or damaged merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item back to us. Shipping
fees are nonrefundable. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Exchange Policy
Upon return of the item in it's original condition i.e., unused, all
tags attached and all
original manufacturer coverings, the item can be exchanged for new item.
Store Credit Policy
Upon return of the item in it's original condition i.e., unused, all
tags attached and all
original manufacturer coverings, Buyer will receive a store credit equal
to the sale price
of the item. Shipping fees are not included in Store Credits. Buyer
is eligible for a one
time only reship credit. Store Credits are good for 90 days.
